UMANG a public trust for children with autistic disorders and slow learners.
UMANG is an organization where therapists and parents play a significant role in the process of rehabilitation by providing support to other parents and creating need based services.
UMANG signifies a “Great leap in the air”. Umang aspires to make these children capable of self-care and prepared for regular school integration. UMANG School for Autistics and Slow Learners was started with the purpose of bridging the gap between the child’s readiness for integration and the needs of the curriculum in regular school.
UMANG intends to bring awareness about Autism and Pervasive Developmental Disorders in the community, co-operate and work in coordination with society and organizations with similar objectives.
